They are growing up so quickly!

The Past Two Months

I just wanted to quickly update our blog. It's been a crazy past two months. Katelyn's been doing well at school, she loves it and is making a ton of friends. Anna is still Anna, just as adventurous and fun. Just a couple Sundays ago, someone came up to me after Sacrament Meeting and said, "I hope this won't offend you, but I didn't even know your family was here today because I didn't hear Anna." Offend me, no way, make me feel wonderful YES.

We've been taking a lot of walks on the beach, Brandon and Katelyn got stuck in the "sinking sticky mud" and had a wonderful time.

Yesterday I found two notes Katelyn had written Anna, the first one said, "stop kiking me, it is meen." and the second one said, "I frgiv you, love Katelyn" It was so sweet.

We thought this sign explained a lot. (don't worry, as you can see in the following posts, we approach them and more importantly, WE FEED THEM~)

Christmas Fun

Christmas Brunch

This year we went to a Christmas Brunch. On the way over Anna fell asleep. We didn't dare wake her since she's pretty unhappy if you do. So we came up with the solution of laying her on the (very clean!) floor underneath our table. It worked wonders, she got her nap, we got our dinner, and when she woke up she was pleasant and able to eat. Katelyn had a great time! She especially loved their desserts!
